Venue: Sokos Hotel Ilves, Tampere, Finland
General information and background
In the spring of 2019, almost 300 stakeholders gathered in Jyväskylä, Finland to exchange knowledge on best practices and latest research results in agricultural environment measures. In October 2022 we once again invite all stakeholders involved in creation and use of agro-environmental knowledge to share best practices and new information, networking and discuss what issues we should tackle in coming years. So whether you are a farmer, managing authority, advisor, researcher or project leader – we warmly welcome you!
These are the three main reasons to come to the event:
- Best practices around the EU in environmental measures in agriculture will be shared, and ways to make the measures for the agro-environment even more effective will be discussed together
- People behind the projects meet and information is exchanged between those involved in agro-environmental work
- We discuss where efforts should be made, especially at the start of the new funding period, and how we can encourage farmers to take environmental measures. Environmental measures and profitability go hand in hand!
